 Shipping: 

• Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with your order number & tracking number.  

• USPS 1st Class: 3-4 business days, USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days.  

​• We currently offer USA shipping only.

• DISCLAIMER: ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS DROPPED OFF TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN ITEMS. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH OUR CARRIER FOR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. Please contact USPS.COM for more information.

 

Miami/Broward Drop-Off: 

• Drop Off Days: Thursday – Saturday
• Drop Off Hours: 2PM – 6PM Est.
• For SAME DAY drop offs, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST.
• Please leave the best contact number.
• Place correct drop off address in shipping info/order notes.
• You will receive a text message regarding your drop-off order when ready.
• Due to high order volume, after 1 failed drop-off attempt, order will be shipped out via USPS and you will receive a tracking number.
• Drop-Offs are for specific areas in Miami/Broward. If it does not pop-up for you, you are not in the drop-off zone and will have to select USPS for shipping.
